Docteur Henri Leclerc – Phytothérapie Antispasmodique, one-sided 78 rpm on color-printed cardboard, published by Edition Roger Dacosta, in the Archives de la Parole Médicale series, France, 1936.
Early 78rpm color flexidisc promoting a (then) new sedative called the Passiflorine, used as anti-depressant and menopause relief. The Passiflora plant is indeed well-known for its analgesic and antidepressant properties. The record itself is undated, but my copy came with an envelope stating October 9, 1936.
